The camel bone used for the inlay design comes only from camels that have died of natural causes in the deserts surrounding the provinces of North East India. The bone inlay tradition as practiced by our Rajasthani woodworkers stretches back for generations to the Maharaja palaces of Udaipur in the seventeenth century. Our furniture is crafted in the same fashion as that found in the famous palaces of Jodpur, Jaipur and Udaipur, allowing you to bring home your own authentic piece of India.
